This is not a composite; from this vantage point, the design of the ISS Cupola windows allow an astronaut to see the horizon — 1,000 miles away — in all directions.

Low Resolution.  One of a set of at least three, including Northern Lake Michigan and Green Bay.  (They are actually frames from a short 12 MP movie during which the ISS traverses the Great Lakes.)
