Small lakes, ponds, creeks, and trickles reflect the mid-morning sun so brightly that the details of the surrounding forest are lost.

The three largest lakes are each about 3/4 mile long,  They are located in an unincorporated area of Ontario, Canada.  I spent an enjoyable afternoon figuring out the exact location; it’s not uncommon to come across an interesting photo, and have to reverse-engineer where it is.  It can be fun to solve that puzzle.
